Details

Art Scholl, American aerobatic pilot, display pilot, aerial cameraman and flight instructor was a hugely accomplished and well-known aviation personality from the late 50s to mid 80s. Notoriously killed during the filming of the first Top Gun movie, Scholl's signature air show machine was his Super Chipmunk N13Y, today hanging in the EAA Aviation Museum as a testament to his dedication and contribution to aviation.

Seagull's beautifully-built, 63" span, fully aerobatic model of Art's famous modified Chipmunk is not just a treat to behold, it's a joy to fly as well. Perfect for a .61cu. in. 2-stroke. .90cu. in 4-stroke, 10-15cc petrol, or electric equivalent, this is an aeroplane that'll not only turn heads while you're flying it, it'll make you smile. With its practical fixed undercarriage, exemplary handling, sprightly aerobatic performance and locked-in feel, it's the sort of aeroplane you'll migrate towards for year-round flying in all conditions. And that can only mean one thing, satisfaction and value for money Okay, that's two things.
