Crafted from lightweight balsa and plywood, the airframe is strong yet agile, supporting 15–20cc petrol engines or electric power systems. The model features a factory-painted fibreglass cowl, scale cockpit, drop tanks, and optional bombs—along with functional flaps and large control surfaces for smooth, stable flight or spirited warbird manoeuvres. The "Snafu" livery pays tribute to one of the most recognisable aircraft flown by the 78th Fighter Group, operating out of RAF Duxford.
