The 1500mm P-47 sets a new standard in realism with 99 per cent scale-accurate control surfaces, detailed landing gear covers, cockpit interior, plastic cowling, gun turrets, retractable landing gear and finely engraved panel lines. Every visual element has been carefully recreated to capture the legendary look of this WWII icon.

Improved Materials and Paint

To ensure durability and visual appeal, the oil-based paint of previous models has been replaced with environmentally friendly, water-based paint. This advanced coating not only enhances appearance but also provides long-lasting protection for the foam components in a wide range of weather conditions. The aircraft is constructed using lighter and larger EPO 52 foam, reducing weight while maintaining structural integrity — resulting in improved flight performance and manoeuvrability.

Refined Flight System and Electronics

Performance upgrades include a new 4258 KV460 brushless motor paired with a high-quality Predator 80A ESC, delivering more power and efficiency. The P-47 now features all-metal gear digital servos for greater precision and durability. The CNC-processed shock-absorbing front landing gear handles rough landings with ease, and the latest 2016 FMS electric retracts provide reliable operation with enhanced aesthetics and function.

Smart, User-Friendly Assembly

Designed with the pilot in mind, the P-47 features a simplified wing installation system. All wing channels connect through a single fuselage-to-wing port. To install the wing, simply insert the port into the fuselage and secure it with four screws — no separate wiring or complex setup is required. This innovation significantly improves ease of assembly and transport.
