The FMS 1400mm T-28 is set to receive its fourth significant upgrade since its launch three years ago. The 1400mm T-28 V4 is on the way.

Whether or not you have previously owned an FMS T-28, the upcoming V4 is filled with exciting enhancements. Most notably, the foam composition has been improved from EPO 40 to the lighter and larger EPO 52, reducing the aircraft's overall weight without compromising structural integrity. Furthermore, the original oil-based paint, which carried the drawback of potential corrosion, has been replaced with environmentally friendly water-based paint.

The upgrades continue with the introduction of the latest FMS multi-connector system, designed to simplify assembly while keeping wiring organised and user-friendly. The 1400mm T-28 V4 also incorporates a newly designed ball-linkage system, eliminating play and providing precise flight control. The upgraded 4258 motor increases power and speed by approximately 30 per cent. Both the front and rear landing gear are now constructed from metal and include shock-absorption features, making them ideal for more demanding landings. In both construction and performance, the 1400mm T-28 V4 represents a major evolution from previous versions.
