Using a bog-standard 3S 2200mAh LiPo the flap-equipped Tecnam is also cheap to run and, at a gnat s whisker shy of 58 span, large enough to make an impression. Best of all it comes with the Vector switchable stabilisation system pre-installed, plus mounting points to accept the included float set. Truly, the prospect of learning to fly has never looked so good and, for that matter, neither has stooging around on a calm day taking in some aeros or creating gentle ripples while pond hopping at the local lake.
