Matchstick building is an absorbing hobby made easy by the use of preformed shapes, yet able scope is allowed for individual skill.

This Western Region 4 cylinder loco was a fine example of railway engineering. The tender stored 4000/5000 gallons of water, 34 tons of which was converted into steam on a journey from London to the West Country.
