When covering with film this tool is invaluable. The moulding holds a standard razor blade and has four cutting slots. When say, a wing panel was being covered, you would hold the cutter against the trailing edge & draw it down the wing. This will cut the film straight & with a 1/16 (1.5mm) overlap to give you a neat sealing edge.
