Nieuport 28

Here is a beautiful model of the Nieuport 28, designed by Pat Tritle. It is designed to use stock, off-the-shelf flying hardware for easy, affordable flight.

A brief history of the model:
The Nieuport 28 was the first fighter aircraft flown in combat by American pilots in World War I. Though not used by the French military due to structural concerns, it was adopted by the U.S. Air Service and became a key player in early American aerial combat. With its sleek fuselage, rotary engine, and agile performance, the Nieuport 28 remains a favourite among WWI aviation enthusiasts.
