A brief history of the model:
The Fokker Eindecker E.III was Germany's first true fighter aircraft of World War I, famous for introducing the synchronised machine gun that allowed pilots to fire through the propeller arc. Its monoplane design and revolutionary armament gave the Luftstreitkrfte air superiority during the infamous "Fokker Scourge" of 1915–1916. Though eventually outclassed by Allied biplanes, the E.III remains a symbol of the dawn of aerial combat.
