A brief history of the model:
The Albatros D.V, an evolution of the successful D.III, was a mainstay of the German Luftstreitkrfte during World War I. Introduced in 1917, it featured a streamlined fuselage, powerful Mercedes engine, and twin machine guns, giving it both speed and firepower. Though slightly outclassed by newer Allied designs later in the war, it remained a favourite of many German aces for its elegant handling and robust construction.
