A brief history of the model:
The North American P-51B Mustang marked a pivotal upgrade in one of WWII's most celebrated fighters. Introduced in 1943, the "B" variant was the first to feature the powerful Packard-built Rolls-Royce Merlin engine, dramatically improving high-altitude performance. With its combination of range, speed, and agility, the P-51B helped turn the tide of the air war over Europe, providing long-range escort to Allied bombers deep into enemy territory.
